Refund policy

Love-It Guarantee

Your wallet is engraved to your words, so we check every piece before it leaves. If it arrives damaged, faulty, or not engraved as shown in your preview, tell us within 14 days of delivery at admin@vickersldn.com with a photo and your order number, and we will remake it free of charge or refund you in full. We cover the return postage when a remake or refund is agreed.

Changes of mind

Because each piece is personalised and made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges where the item is as ordered. Please check spelling, capitals and the preview carefully before you order. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away; if we have not engraved it yet, we will correct it at no cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days of our confirmation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Address

Returns are accepted only when agreed in advance; we will send the return address with the instructions.
