All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • UK Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location and the size or weight of your order.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur. VickersLDN is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
