How long does delivery take?
Free UK delivery usually takes one to two working days after your wallet is engraved. We make each one to order in the UK, so please allow a little time for us to create it.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, international delivery is available at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What if I am not happy with it?
We offer a Love-It Guarantee. If it is not right, we will remake it free. Personalised items are made for you, so there is no change of mind return, but the guarantee covers any mistakes.
What is the wallet made from?
The wallet is made from PU vegan leather. It is available in five colours: Marigold, Tan, Charcoal, Espresso and Hazelnut.
