How long does delivery take?
Free UK delivery usually takes one to two working days after your wallet is engraved. Your order is made to order in our London workshop.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. International delivery is available and the cost is shown at checkout.
What if I am not happy with it?
Our Love-It Guarantee means if your wallet is not right, we will remake it free. Personalised items are made for you, so we do not accept change of mind returns. The guarantee covers mistakes.
What is the wallet made from?
The wallet is made from PU vegan leather. It is available in five colours: Marigold, Tan, Charcoal, Espresso and Hazelnut.
